Trainer Efficiency Better Than Trimp Block for Heirloom

Hi,



I understand I could probably do the math of this question, but it was something I didn’t find while searching the forums and I’m interested in seeing in anyone figured out the formula before I try to.



I want to know if Trainer efficiency outperforms Block for Heirloom improvements. I’m assuming Trainer will do better much further down since Block affects the end result of total block while Trainer Efficiency improves the base of Block.



If I only have room for Block or Trainer in an Heirloom, which one should I pick?



Please help.
